Tabatha Takes Over has been around for sometime now and after dealing with salon and non-salon businesses in the last few episodes, Tabatha Coffey traveled to a Douglasville Salon for episode 4 of Tabatha Takes Over.

The salon featured in this episode was Pat Duke’s Pat’s Hair Shop. This salon has been around in Douglasville and doing business for the last 25 years. Pat started the hair salon in 1985 and luckily for her everything worked out fine until she was hit with a major crisis six years ago.

To scale her business, she expanded and doubled her staff very rapidly. But it did her salon more harm than good as her veteran stylists walked out thinking Pat was not fair with them by recruiting new staff. This left Pat emotionally and financially devastated!

When Tabatha Coffey visited her salon during Tabatha Takes Over, she realized that Pat hasn’t recovered from the betrayal and is not communicating with her remaining staff at all. And to make matters worse, the entire team has lost sight of how to be professional.

Thus, Tabatha had a big challenge to help Pat turn around her attitude and her business before she could shut down her business.

If you’ve watched episode 4 of Tabatha Takes Over, you would have seen how Pat’s Hair Shop got a nice visual makeover and how Tabatha provided some amazing pointers to Pat and her staff that not only shook them up but also helped them become more professional and customer friendly.

Pat Duke has been experiencing growth in her business but now after being featured in Tabatha Takes Over, she hopes she’ll attract more customers and by following Tabatha’s tips, she can continue to keep them happy and make them come back for more.

Tabatha Takes Over visited a gay club called Club Ripples in Long Beach during episode 2. Earlier, it was one of the most happening gay hot spot, but now it’s empty seven nights a week.

Tabatha Takes Over Episode 2 was all about how Tabatha tackles her first non-salon business – a gay club!

Club Ripples is owned by couple Larry Hebert and John Garcia. As soon as Tabatha Coffey entered the club, she could sense how stressed the bar owners were.

She immediately understood that owners had not changed and adopted with modern times, especially the changes in the gay community and the changes in Long Beach.

Tabatha was happy to see the club staff committed to their job and they shared some great ideas to regain its lost glory. The only problem was – communication gap between the owners and their staff.

Tabatha truly wanted to save this place, because she appreciated the legacy and liked the owners. Therefore, she took all of them on a field trip to establish team bonding and give each of them an opportunity to interact with one another.

The result was obvious – Club Ripples was transformed and it was all set to again become Long Beach’s happening gay hot spots!
