Kate Perry’s blue hair did surprise many when she posed on the prestigious red carpet at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. The awards were held at at the Universal Studios’ Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California.
It seems the new trend in celebrity hairstyles is to color hair. Last weekend, Rihanna showed up in red hair during her Rock in Rio Festival performance in Spain. Though she had a short haircut, while Kate Perry was wearing a blue colored hair wig, but both of them looked great in their new styles.

It seems hair too is making a style statement after watching Kate Perry’s blue hair and Rihanna’s red hair. Earlier, celebrities were known for their fashion by judging their dress, shoes, accessories, etc. However, celebrity hairstyles are dictating their importance as everyone seems to focus on hair more than other aspects.
Showing up in blue hair, Kate Perry not only looked hot, she made a delightful fashion statement.
